Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
quantumleap.llc is the website of Quantumleap Insights LLC, an independent advisory firm registered in Washington State, USA ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal information described here. Questions go to insights@quantumleap.llc.
This policy covers this website, including the FSI AI ROI Assessment. Our family career platform, aiready.family, has its own privacy policy. Information we receive during client engagements is governed by the contract and confidentiality terms of that engagement.
2. What we collect and why

We only send you insights or benchmark updates if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Who helps us
- Netlify hosts the site and stores form submissions.
- Calendly handles bookings, under the Calendly Privacy Notice.
- Google Analytics provides website analytics, with Google signals and ad personalisation switched off.
- Our email provider runs the mailbox where we receive and answer messages.
We may share information with professional advisers, where the law requires it, or with a buyer if the business is ever sold. We never sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. Individual assessment answers are never published or shared in identifiable form.
4. Where your information is stored
We are based in the United States, and our providers store information there. Where the law requires it, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer for international transfers, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension.
5. How long we keep it
- Contact form, bookings and emails: up to 3 years after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case we keep records for the life of the engagement plus 7 years for tax and legal reasons.
- FSI assessment contact details and feedback: up to 36 months from submission, then deleted.
- Analytics: no longer than 14 months.
6. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, to stop using it for analytics or follow-up, or to withdraw consent you have given. Email insights@quantumleap.llc. We reply within 20 working days, free of charge, and may ask you to confirm who you are.
UK, EU and Switzerland: you also have the rights to restrict processing, to object, and to data portability, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office or your local data protection authority. US states: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and will not treat you differently for using your rights. Canada, Australia, New Zealand and India: you may also complain to your national privacy regulator.

In the UK, the EU and Switzerland, analytics cookies stay off unless you accept them. Elsewhere they are on unless you decline. Open cookie settings to change your choice at any time.
8. Security
Information travels over encrypted connections and only authorised people at Quantumleap Insights can access it. If a breach ever puts you at risk, we will tell you and the regulators as the law requires.

We will update the date at the top when this policy changes.
